Shipping Policy

Products are shipped approximately in 1-2 business days and take approximately 4-5 business days to arrive. If products are marked as delivered but were not delivered, please supply evidence within 24 hours of delivery and contact the UPS contact center. If products arrive damaged upon delivery, supplied with evidence, please send the shop a message on the contact page within 24 hours of the delivery. You are eligible for a refund or a product replacement at no cost.
